Crealy has best summer in seven years
Cornwall attraction, Crealy Great Adventure Park, is celebrating after having its busiest summer season in seven years.
Visits were up by 20 per cent in the school holidays compared to 2012, with footfall beating targets on 40 of the 45 days.
The attraction took 26 per cent more revenue than the previous year and 11 per cent more than its most successful year of 2006.
General manager, Simon Townsend, says the weather is largely to thank for the upsurge: “Around 70 per cent of our trade is from out-of-county visitors and the Cornish sunshine has been a big draw for holiday makers.”
