Crewe Council gives positive backing to Liberty development
Work is due to start on a Liberty Properties leisure scheme in Crewe this Spring.
Crewe and Nantwich Council says Liberty Properties' 52,750sq ft proposal includes a five-screen multiplex cinema, bingo hall, tenpin bowling, restaurant, pub and nightclub. Councillor Michael Lockhart said the development is a major step forward in the regeneration of Crewe: 'An investment such as this will bring life back to the town and help keep spending in the local economy.'
The site is pre-let; contracts will become unconditional once planning consent is granted and contracts have been exchanged for the sale. [email protected]
