Cricket in line for 2018 Commonwealth Games?
The International Cricket Council's (ICC) chief executives' committee is to look further at the possibility of the sport's inclusion in the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Australia.
Cricket's participation in multi-sport games was discussed at a recent committee meeting in Dubai, following an invitation to be included at the event being held on the Gold Coast.
ICC chief executive Haroon Lorgat said: "A preliminary high level evaluation is expected to be presented at the next committee meeting"
