Cybex International is outfitting the state-of-the-art Allegheny Sports Medicine mobile fitness and therapy centres used by the world's elite golfers on the PGA TOUR and Champions Tour in 2012.

The PGA TOUR's four mobile fitness and therapy centers travel to all tournament sites to support the players throughout the season. They are kitted out with Cybex Arc Trainers, Cybex treadmills and exercise bikes, Cybex Bravo functional trainers, and adjustable benches.

The centres are staffed with professional therapists, chiropractors and athletic trainers who assist the players with rehabilitative and preventive care as well as personal conditioning programs. Cybex International, which manufactures and supplies strength training and cardio equipment, has recently introduced a new Cybex Golf Performance Program.

The scheme, used by golf pros such as Greg Norman, is designed to enhance the specific physical attributes that lead to a smooth, efficient and powerful golf swing, regardless of age or golfing ability.
