DLL adds Jukari and ViPR classes
Health club operator David Lloyd Leisure (DLL) has added the Jukari Fit for Flex and ViPR classes to its offering.
The classes will be rolled out nationwide at DLL site.
The Jukari workout, developed in partnership with Reebok, uses a flexible band combined with the music and colours of Cirque du Soleil to create a "visual spectacle" of shapes and flowing movements.
ViPR uses a weighted rubber tube and is designed to produce whole body muscle tone and strength.
Commenting on the new class, Rob Beale, group health and fitness manager at DLL said: "ViPR is quite unlike any other class we have. It is being taught in small groups of eight people, creating an intimate, supportive environment."
