Hilton Worldwide has signed a management agreement with local property developer, Bach Dang Hotel Complex Trading Service Company, for a new Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in Da Nang City in central Vietnam.

Already under construction, the 226-room, new-build Hilton Da Nang will form part of a large, mixed-use development comprising two towers. The first tower will be home to the 25-storey hotel, with the second one housing office and retail space as well as serviced apartments. Guest accommodation will feature an executive floor, while food and beverage provision is to include an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby lounge featuring a café, and a destination bar.

Among the leisure facilities available will be an outdoor swimming pool, a fully-equipped health club and a spa. Meeting and banqueting facilities are to comprise six meeting rooms and a 450sq m (4,844sq ft) ballroom.
