Date for Annual Food Forum Conference announced
This year’s Annual Food Forum conference, bringing together leading food experts from across the industry to discuss all aspects of food safety, will take place in London on 12 June.
Organised by the Chartered Institute for Environmental Health, the Annual Food Forum conference will take place during National Food Safety Week from 11-17 June.
The conference will consist of plenary sessions and round table discussions that will:
• Engage food safety professional in the wider food agenda. • Discuss the different approaches and standards to food hygiene regulations.
• Look at the challenges of enforcing organic premises. • Address the latest food poisoning incidents.
• Hear from industry representatives on the impact of food miles and carbon footprints. • Review good practice case studies including Scores on Doors.
