Dawnay Shore Hotels strategic review
Dawnay Shore Hotels has appointed NM Rothschild & Sons and Shore Capital and Corporate as joint financial advisers to undertake a strategic review of the business.
The review aims to increase shareholder value, but may lead to a transfer of Dawnay’s property assets into a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) or its potential sale.
Established in 2004, Dawnay owns a portfolio of 20 hotels in the UK, operated under the Paramount brand. The collection includes The Lygon Arms Hotel in the Cotswolds, the Paramount Carlton Hotel in Edinburgh and the Paramount Oxford Hotel.
