De Vere hotels in Leeds promote sustainable tourism
Two Leeds hotels operated by De Vere are encouraging business guests to think 'sustainable tourism' and avoid traffic problems by leaving their cars behind.
The Village Hotel at Headingley and Oulton Hall at Rothwell now jointly offer the choice of cycle loan or complimentary bus tickets from the city centre.
'Eco-executives' can even hire a tandem.
The hotels are also offering a free half-pint to corporate clients who walk two miles or more between appointments.
