Decléor SAS acquires Decléor and Carita UK

Decléor SAS has acquired Decléor UK and Carita UK as part of a global development strategy under the Shiseido group of companies.

Brand expansion will continue through three main areas of selective distribution, namely the luxury salons, the five-star spa market and selected department stores.

Décleor and Carita managing director, David Lieber, said: “This is an ideal opportunity both for Décleor and Carita which I am very excited and enthusiastic about. This merger will ensure even greater focus and commitment to the selective development of both brands.”
