Derby County FC partners with Cedar House Investments for Plaza scheme

Derby County Football Club (DCFC) has announced it has joined forces with Cedar House Investments in order to move forward with proposals for The Plaza @ Pride Park.

The npower Championship club is proposing to deliver a phased development of the project, with the initial stage expected to start early next year on land surrounding the stadium.

A combination of uses are proposed as part of The Plaza @ Pride Park - including bars and restaurants to the south west of the venue and retail and office space to the north east.

A DCFC spokesperson said: "The club is pleased to announce that they are working with Cedar House Investments in order to take the planned development at The Plaza @ Pride Park to the next stage."
