Details of Buxton spa event revealed

Details have been revealed for the inaugural Buxton Spa Forum, which is being organised by the University of Derby and held on the dates of the cancelled BISA Annual Conference.

The theme of the two-day event, which will be held on 23-24 June at the University of Derby campus in Buxton, will be Spa Responsibility & Sustainability.

Key note sessions will include speeches by Noella Gabriel from Elemis and Andrew Gibson, group director of spas at Mandarin Oriental.

A round table discussion will also be organised, with spa professionals lending their expertise to students currently studying on spa programmes and looking for a way to enter the industry.
