Disney Institute seminars held for hospitality staff
The National Skills Academy for Hospitality is to hold a week-long series of seminars in London based on the Disney Institute’s professional development programme.
The Disney Keys to Excellence seminars will be held in September and 1,000 people from across the UK hospitality sales market are expected to attend.
David McHattie, the academy’s chief executive, said: “Our role is to seek out and promote excellence in training. Disney Institute is a world-class trainer used by blue chip companies internationally to enhance leadership, service and business skills.
“So, we are naturally excited by this opportunity for the hospitality sector to experience and learn from one of the world’s most respected brands.” Details: www.hospitalityskillsacademy.co.uk
