Don't miss the forthcoming AALARA seminars
It’s been all hands on deck at AALARA as we confirm the final details for our upcoming AALARA industry update seminars to take place in Brisbane on 13 October, Melbourne on 9 November, Sydney on 10 November, Adelaide on 30 November and Perth on 1 December.
These industry updates are FREE OF CHARGE for AALARA members (for details see full report later in this ezine) and are intended to provide all members with valuable information regarding the latest developments in our industry.
The seminars will also form the basis for a discussion on the proposed changes to government legislation regarding rider restraints, industrial reforms, national ride registration and the new draft of Australian Standards for landborne inflatables and indoor play.
I encourage all members to attend and bring a friend or colleague along too.
Non AALARA members are charged a fee of only AUS$25, making for an extremely affordable, yet valuable learning and networking opportunity.
After the formalities are over, we’ll all have the chance to enjoy a few drinks and celebrate another successful year of business.
It’s important for all members to support initiatives such as these AALARA seminars, as this support ensures AALARA remains a relevant and proactive organisation that represents the needs and wants of all members.
Speaking of proactive, the 2006 Conference plans are also well underway.
Mark 8–11 May 2006 in your diaries right now, and join us at Conrad Jupiters Hotel on the Gold Coast.
Full conference details will be included in the next edition of the AALARA ezine, but if you would like to make any suggestions for topics or speakers, or would like to support the conference by way of sponsorship, please contact AALARA conference manager, Kim Hackwood, on [email protected]
I’ll look forward to seeing you at both events.
