Browns Hotel in Laugharne, Wales, famous for being poet Dylan Thomas’ local pub, is being put on the market for £1.5m.
It is currently owned by a partnership which includes Men Behaving Badly and Bob The Builder star Neil Morrissey.
Property consultant King Surge is handling the sale and the firm’s managing partner for its Cardiff branch, Bob Croydon, said: “Browns Hotel is one of the most famous pubs in Wales. With some Dylan Thomas memorabilia such as photographs and paintings included in the sale, there is bound to be a high level of interest.” Details: www.kingsturge.co.uk
