Easton owners to open second London venue
Zim Sutton and Andrew Veneers, owners of The Easton in Clerkenwell, London, are to open their second venue next month.
The Princess, on Paul Street, also in London, is located on the site of the former Princess Royal.
Covering 160sq m, the property will offer a ground floor pub and a first floor dining room with a capacity of 40 people.
The pub will offer a separate menu to the restaurant. The Easton was recently nominated for the best gastropub award in the Time Out Eating and Drinking Awards.
