Edinburgh Leisure tackles retention

Edinburgh Leisure is to roll out a retention solution across its 14 fitness facilities.

Following a pilot project at three of its largest sites – Ainslie Park Leisure, Drumbrae Leisure Centre and Meadowbank Sports Centre – the sports trust will be introducing a package of software, consultancy and training supplied by The Retention People to all its sites.

Industry speaker Paul Bedford will be motivating fitness teams with extensive training, focusing them on delivering effective interactions with members, while the software will measure the impact on retention levels over the period of implementation.
