Egerton House Hotel in Knightsbridge sold to Red Carnation
The Egerton House Hotel in Knightsbridge has been sold for an undisclosed sum to international hotel group, Red Carnation Hotels.
The 29-bedroom luxury property will join Red Carnation’s portfolio of London hotels, which includes The Milestone Hotel and Apartments, The Chesterfield Mayfair, The Montague on the Gardens, The Rubens at the Palace and 41.
As well as a further UK property in Dorset, the company also operates hotels in Switzerland, Florida, Cape Town.
The hotel was sold by Townhouse Hotel Investments – which also owns The Franklin Hotel in Knightsbridge and The Dukes Hotel in St James’s – through Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels and Knight Frank.
