Elbow Beach introduces beach treatments
The Spa at Elbow Beach, Bermuda, has added beach massage and yoga to its range of holistic therapies.
Treatments will be offered on the resort’s private beach and yoga classes will take place at sunrise and sunset.
The 50-minute beach massages are performed under beach Cabanas and will add to the 235-room resort’s spa offerings.
Elbow Beach Spa is operated by Mandarin Oriental and opened in August 2004.
Facilities at the 3,600sq ft (334sq m) spa include six treatment rooms, a steamroom, granite soaking tubs and a 20m swimming pool.
Sharon Holtz, the resort’s spa manager, said: “The Spa at Elbow Beach is committed to Mandarin’s tradition of service and holistic experiences and we have a beautiful beach which is the perfect setting to enjoy a relaxing afternoon massage, as well as sunrise and sunset yoga.”
Mandarin Oriental operates 21 hotels with a further seven under development in Honk Kong and Tokyo.
