Hair and beauty company, Ellisons, has launched a new range of wooden furniture aimed at enhancing the natural look and ambience of spa and salon treatment rooms.

The Akira Natural Plinth is a multi-layered couch polished with oils and beeswax. The mattress and head support – made of the Japanese original of the futon mattress – are filled with naturally shape-retaining coconut fibre and the couch itself has storage space underneath.

The Plinth is complemented by the Yama Natural Work Station, varnished and with three shelves for storage.

Also available is the Kaori Chaise-longue, with mattress and head support finished in a water repellent material which makes it ideal for use in pool and relaxation areas.
