Enterprise Inns sells five pubs at auction
Enterprise Inns has sold the freeholds to five of its London pubs at an auction by Cushman & Wakefield, realising about £8.12m.
The pubs sold were the Molly Moggs in Old Compton Street for £1.49m, So-Bar, Fulham at £1.975m, the Ealing Park Tavern for £1.65m, and The Hope, Bloomsbury, for £1.6m. A fifth pub - the Princess of Shoreditch - was sold after the auction for an undisclosed sum, although the guide price was £1.35m-£1.45m.
A further three pubs - The Sun, Drury Lane; The Three Kings, Clerkenwell; and The Halfway House, Barnes - went unsold at the auction and another seven are set to be auctioned on 24 March through Allsops.
