Enterprise to sell ten more London pubs
Enterprise Inns is to sell another 10 of its London pubs at auction through Allsops, raising a potential total of around £13m.
As with previous such auctions it will be a sale and leaseback arrangement, the freeholds subject to a new 35 year lease with a break clause at 25 years. Guide prices range from £750,000-850,000 for The Prince of Wales in Clapham, to £2.35m-2.55m for The Prince of Teck in Earls Court.
The other properties to be sold include the Osteria del Ponte in Kilburn (at a guide price of £900,000-950,000); The Junction Tavern, Kentish Town (£1m-1.1m); The Dartmouth Castle, Hammersmith (£950,000-1.05m); and The Builders Arms, Chelsea (£2.3m-2.5m). Also going under the hammer are The Hob in Forest Hill (£900,000-1m); The Constitution, Marylebone (£1-1.1m); The Stage Door, Waterloo (£900,000-1m) and The Grand Union, Islington (£1m-1.1m).
