Entertainment complex agreed for Exmouth
A new entertainment complex – which will feature a ten-pin bowling centre, a children’s indoor activity area and a two-storey restaurant – is set to be built on Exmouth’s seafront in East Devon.
The project is being lead by Mark Quinn, owner of Harlequinns Bowling and Leisure, which runs a bowling centre in Bideford.
Quinn has purchased a 125-year ground lease for the site and has up to five years to complete the development. Details: www.eastdevon.gov.uk
