American luxury fitness and lifestyle brand, Equinox, has unveiled a women’s health and performance programme, EQX ARC.

Aimed at every life stage, the programme aims to give women precision health solutions tailored to their physiology, using certified coaches, science-backed programming, group and one-on-one fitness and curated wellness offerings.

All the coaches participating complete a specialised Women’s Health Certification, developed by the Equinox Fitness Training Institute and backed by Equinox’s Women’s Health Advisory Board.

Data such as sleep, recovery, heart rate variability and hormonal patterns gained via wearables and lab-based tests through a partnership with Function Health inform a high-touch, personalised coaching approach. Progress is reviewed consistently to ensure the programmes complement the life stage and evolve.

Members will have access to signature group fitness experiences such as Stronger Women, which is designed to build strength, resilience, and confidence, as well as one-on-one sessions with certified women’s health coaches.

A women-specific e-commerce destination by the shop at Equinox, Wellness Corner, features products curated to support health, recovery, and overall wellness.
