A recent evaluation of the scheme demonstrated that as a direct result of the support and encouragement delivered by the PARiS team, over 70% of participants have become more physically active after their referral. Now that the scheme is available across Stockport more people than ever before can access the service allowing them achieve positive health and lifestyle benefits as well as an improvement in their health.

Run and administered by Stockport Sports Trust in partnership with NHS Stockport, the service can be accessed by referral from a GP or other health professional.
