Expanded leisure facilities for Stonebridge gym
The Brent Council-operated Bridge Park Community Leisure Centre in Stonebridge, near London, has opened two new fitness studios, increasing the capacity of the facility by a third.
The 40-station gym has cardiovascular and resistance machines provided by Nautilus Fitness and a number of stations are suitable for wheelchair users.
Other facilities include an aerobics studio, with classes including Spinning and Boxercise, as well as male and female sauna and steamrooms.
The studios are now 80 per cent larger and can accommodate 3,000 visits per month.
Centre manager Mark Young, said: “We are delighted to open the new studios as the new equipment is the latest available and designed to meet the needs of all users, whatever their age.” Details: www.brent.gov.uk
