Facility boost for two Sussex cricket clubs
Two cricket clubs in Sussex - Horsham and Findon - are to benefit from improved practice facilities after receiving England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) funding.
Cricket net facilities at both clubs have been upgraded, with grants awarded on the condition that women's and girls' cricket continues to develop. Sussex Cricket Board cricket development manager Tim Shutt said: "Both of these clubs are currently placing a significant emphasis on developing the level of women and girls activity in their respective clubs, in terms of the quantity and also quality."
