Fairwater Head hotel sold to Monaco couple
Christie & Co has sold the 3-star Fairwater Head Country House Hotel in Hawkchurch for around £1.175m.
The hotel, near Axminster, east Devon, was owned by Judith Lowe and her mother, Rita Austin, who are retiring from the hotel sector, to Monaco-based couple, Christian and Sarah Leydet.
The Edwardian property is set in 1.5-acres of gardens and has 21 bedrooms.
