Fifth thalassotherapy centre for RTB
The Relais Thalasso of Bénodet (RTB) group, owned by the Phélippeau family, is to open its fifth hotel and thalassotherapy centre in Brittany, France, in 2010.
According to Cosmetique Spa, RTB plans to spend approximately 20m euro (£14.9m, US$29.3m) to turn a recently-purchased castle in Pornichet into an 80-bedroom hotel with a 21,527sq ft (2,000sq m) spa offering treatments featuring products by Labiomer.
The castle also boasts 107,639sq ft (10,000sq m) of grounds.
The RTB group currently has four thalassotherapy centres in its portfolio - three in France and one in Spain.
