First IMAX cinema for Czech Republic
IT International Theatres has opened the Czech Republic's first IMAX theatre in Prague.
The Cinema City Multiplex, in Flora Palace Shopping Centre, includes a 22x25m IMAX screen with 400-seat auditorium, as well as a two-level multiplex cinema with eight screens and 1,740 seats.
The EUR7m interior fit-out - including EUR2m worth of cinema equipment - was completed by London-based architects, Chapman Taylor.
