Fit4Fun Academy, a new premier kids' gym and sports academy, has opened its first site in Kuwait.

The Academy promotes physical fitness and children's health by offering fun activities and classes for kids and teenagers.

These include mixed martial arts, hip hop, break dance, jumping, Parkour, boot camp, target shooting and so on.

Fit4Fun Academy is based on the philosophy that fitness should be fun.

"Only if we enjoy our workout we will stick to it. And only if we engage in an active lifestyle while we are young will we create an exercise habit and keep on moving throughout our lives," says managing director Michaela Fitz.
