Fit4less opens new location in Stockport
Fit4less, the low-cost gym concept owned by énergie Group, has announced the opening of its 14th UK fitness club in Stockport, with more new locations to follow "shortly".
The launch of the 5,000sq ft (465sq m) facility in Stockport comes after the opening of the new Fit4less Hartlepool and ahead of the "imminent" opening of a site in Port Talbot.
Facilities at the Stockport branch include a cardio theatre and a free weights area equipped by Precor, along with changing facilities. Personal training and group classes are also available.
David Beattie, brand and marketing director at énergie, said: "The Fit4less brand is increasingly popular amongst investors looking to capitalise on the surge in demand for affordable quality gyms.
"The support network from marketing to training is giving our franchisees all the tools necessary to see memberships come in even before the doors open as well as drive sales to meet and exceed targets."
In addition to the forthcoming Port Talbot club, Fit4less is also opening in Stevenage under a franchise agreement with North Hertfordshire College; Redditch; and Bromley.
