Five star golf and leisure development for Cyprus
The first phase of Aphrodite Hills, a five-star golf, leisure and real estate development is due to open in Paphos, Cyprus this October.
Funded by the Lanitis Group, private and institutional investors and a syndicated loan from seven banks, the £150m development comprises 234 hectares overlooking the Mediterranean. The site is 15 minutes drive from Paphos airport and will offer an 18 hole course which opens this October, a spa, tennis academy and residential villas, due to open in spring 2003 and a 290-room five star Inter-Continental Resort planned to open in spring 2004.
