Five-star ratings for de Savary’s Dartmoor castle
Bovey Castle, the luxury property opened last April in Dartmoor National Park by Peter de Savary, has become the first hotel in the south west to receive five-star ratings from the AA and the RAC in 50 years.
The hotel offers 65 individually-designed rooms and a range of activities including golf, tennis, archery, shooting and falconry as well as a dedicated play barn for children. It also boasts a spa with six treatment rooms, a fitness suite and a swimming pool.
