Foreign secretary opens gym

Alpha Management Solutions – the management arm of the Civil Service Sports Council (CSSC) – has completed a revamp of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) staff gym, which provides a fitness solution for 1,500 employees.
The £42,700, 1,350sq ft gym includes specialist equipment for the treamet of back problems and a Body Coach vibration machine supplied by On Site Fitness (OSF), formally known as Polaris GB.
The club was opened by the foreign secretary, the Rt Hon Margaret Beckett MP.
