Free retention training on offer
The Retention People have launched a free education programme to help health and fitness operators learn more about improving member retention.
The new teaching programme aims to inform staff and management about retention procedures.
Registration is free, and enables participants to benefit from a thorough business retention assessement entailing an onsite visit and consultation, an analysis of the company’s business retention trends and a finalised report with recommendations.
In addition, members will be able to gain free access and entry to regional seminars held regularly throughout the year, which are designed to provide a platform for further education and opportunity for questions.
Meanwhile, monthly ezines will include new tips and advice on retention systems.
