Freedom Leisure encourages new members to get on their free bikes
Sports trust Freedom Leisure is giving away free mountain bikes this month to anyone who takes out premier membership of its leisure centres.
The trust, which manages 14 leisure and fitness centres across Kent and Sussex, is giving away the 18-gear, Stealth mountain bikes - with a choice of 20" gents or 17" ladies' frames - to anyone taking out and paying for an annual premier membership.
Karen Burrell, Freedom Leisure's head of marketing, said: "Cycling is a really great way to achieve your fitness goals fast.
"You can combine rides in the great outdoors with working out in the gym and perhaps take part in one of our popular spinning classes too.
"There are some great on- and off-road cycling routes in Sussex, such as the Cuckoo Trail, Bewl Water and the Forest Way Country Park near Forest Row and we hope our free bikes will push pedal power!"
The promotion which began on 15 October and ends on 15 November, is running across the trust's 13 sites and the bicycles will be presented on 1 December.
