Funding boost for Combe Martin scheme
North Devon Council (NDC) has agreed to contribute £20,000 of Section 106 cash towards a scheme designed to rejuvenate part of Combe Martin's seafront.
Combe Martin Parish Council is behind plans to restore and enhance an area of open space that links the beach and the headland, but was closed due to 'structural defects'. NDC lead member for community and leisure services Dick Jones said: "The parade is a vital part of Combe Martin's tourist area, environment and community."
