GLL has extended its personal training contract with Your Personal Training after a successful three years which saw more than 2,000 of its members use personal training services.

Leeds-based Your Personal Training (YourPT), part of the Your Management Solutions Group, delivers a one-stop service for leisure operators looking to provide a personal training service to their members. This includes recruitment, marketing, training, education and management of personal trainers. The company currently works in partnership with 20 leisure operators at over 200 leisure facilities nationwide.

Your Personal Training has worked with GLL since February 2009, delivering recruitment of REPS Accredited personal trainers, ongoing education and accredited training, plus sales and business skills training for personal trainers across at the leisure operator's facilities. In that time more than 2,000 members have taken up personal training, the numbers of personal trainers has increased from 10 to 80 across GLL's facilities and personal training revenue has gone up by 300 per cent.

In addition, YourPT provides bespoke marketing solutions offering complimentary personal training sessions, and increased gym floor interaction for GLL members.
