Garland acquires Birmingham bowling venue
Garland Leisure has secured the purchase of Lakeside Superbowl - a tenpin bowling venue in Stirchley, Birmingham - from former operator Newbury Leisure.
Edward Symmons' hospitality and leisure division acted on behalf of the group, which has continued to expand its UK portfolio of family entertainment centres Lakeside Superbowl includes 18 tenpin bowling lanes, a bar, a café and an amusement area. The deal follows three Garland acquisitions announced in February.
Garland Leisure's Mehdi Afshar said: "We intend to refurbish the centre and reopen as soon as possible."
