Gatorade signs two more athletes
September's Leisure Industry Week (LIW) exhibition saw the unveiling of 100m sprinter Simeon Williamson and 400m freestyle world record holder Joanne Jackson as Gatorade athletes.
As part of the athletes' deals, Gatorade will be providing nutritional help and advice to the pair through their team of scientists, based in Chicago, USA.
Williamson will be training throughout the winter in Jamaica along with fellow Gatorade athlete and 100m world and Olympic champion Usian Bolt, while Jackson will be looking to build upon the success of fellow Brit Rebecca Adlington.
Other Gatorade athletes at LIW included Pat Sanderson, Miles Benjamin and Kai Horstmann from Worcester Warriors RFC.
