Germany’s first Andaz hotel coming in 2017
Hyatt has announced that it will open it’s first Andaz property in Germany in 2017.
The 274-bedroom Andaz Munich, to be located in the city’s Schwabinger Tor district, will be part of a mixed-use development that will also include residential apartments, shops, offices and restaurants.
Facilities at the hotel will include a spa and fitness centre, restaurant, lounge, rooftop bar, swimming pool, ballroom, seven conference rooms and pre-function space.
We are eager to expand the Andaz brand presence in Europe, and especially in Germany,” said Peter Norman, senior vice president of acquisitions and development – Europe, Africa, and Middle East for Hyatt. “Andaz Munich will bring to life the brand’s mission of creating inspiring, indigenous experiences and immersing guests into the destination’s local culture with an array of unique activities.
Andaz Munich will be the brand’s third European hotel, joining locations in both London and Amsterdam.
