A company dedicated to educating employers about the health and economic benefits of an active workforce has been established in Coventry.

Neil Adams Corporate Health provides companies seeking advice with help on gym design and management, and gives employees advice on improving their health and overall lifestyle.

'There are plenty of companies that have taken the first step towards workplace health by providing a gym,' said director Niki Jenkins, who has developed corporate health programmes for American Express and Nokia in Canada. 'We will manage these facilities and provide staff with personalised fitness programmes, stress management classes and educational workshops.'
