Glamorgan CCC deputy chair resigns
Glamorgan County Cricket Club has confirmed that deputy chair Nigel Roberts has quit his role on the club's committee.
Roberts had been unhappy with the club's recent strategic changes and sought to replace current chair Paul Russell at next year's AGM - a proposal rejected by fellow members. According to the BBC, the decision means that the club will also lose its main sponsor and follows the resignation of three other senior figures, including president Peter Walker.
