Glen Ivy reveals new wellness menu
California’s Glen Ivy Hot Springs will unveil a new lounge and wellness menu in January, with an outdoor wooden gazebo overlooking the waters and the grounds.
Ivy Kitchen’s new menu offers breakfast and lunch items that focus on overall wellness and locally sourced ingredients, created by executive chef Micah Severeid.
The California fresh menu includes salads with salmon, ahi poke and grilled chicken, along with fish tacos, a seasonal vegetable pita and vegan options, including plant-based sliders made from bulgur and lentils.
Many of the offerings and specialty drinks feature organic, locally sourced ingredients and produce grown on the Glen Ivy property.
