Global TV campaign unveiled by VisitBritain
Dame Judi Dench, Jamie Oliver and Slumdog Millionaire actor Dev Patel are among some of the famous faces to be featured in VisitBritain's new global television campaign.
The initiative is designed to attract more overseas residents to visit the UK and will mark the roll-out of the national tourism agency's four-year marketing programme. Key inbound markets such as the US and near Europe will be one of the main focus areas of the television campaign, along with future growth areas such as India and China.
VisitBritain chief executive Sandie Dawe said: "These films and TV adverts are just the start - in the next few months we will roll out the invitation from the industry and from the British public." Image: VisitBritain
