Goals to open three more sites in 2008
Five-a-side football centre operator, Goals Soccer Centres, is to open three more sites by the end of 2008.
The three sites will be located in Tolworth, Dudley and Northampton. The company also confirmed it would open a minimum of six new sites during 2009.
Announcing its results for the six months ending 30 June 2008, the company said it remained confident over its expansion plans.
"We have not seen any indication of softening demand for our next generation offering," a spokesperson said. "We believe that our low admission price and the high loyalty associated with team sports indicates our business is resilient to any wider consumer spending downturn."
Each new site to open this year will have 10 pitches.
