Gold’s rolls out in Eastern Europe
Gold’s Gym’s ambitious expansion plans have now taken the chain to Hungary, where it has opened its first club in Budapest.
Located in the heart of the city, the club will offer a gym and a range of exercise classes, including group cycling. Other facilities will include a steamroom, sauna, tanning and massage services.
The launch follows developments in Russia and the Czech Republic and marks the way for future sites, saID Paul J Kuebler, CEO of the Eastern European Group, the master franchise holders for Gold’s Gym in Central and Eastern Europe.
“This is the first of three clubs planned for Hungary,” he said. “It will be the springboard that enables us to make a true impact on the Hungarian fitness industry.”
