Culture secretary Jeremy Hunt has revealed the government will invest £3m in the Football Association's (FA) new national football centre in Staffordshire, St George's Park.
The investment aims to help increase the number of people from black and ethnic minorities gaining the necessary credentials to become coaches and managers at the highest level.
St George's Park chair David Sheepshanks said: "I am delighted that the government is partnering with us in this enormously exciting venture from which we hope all of English sport will benefit."
