Grévin accepts takeover bid
Grévin accepts CDA takeover bid Grévin & Co, the French owner of Parc Asterix, has accepted a takeover bid by Compagnie des Alpes (CDA).
The board voted unanimously to accept the share price offer of 33.36 Euros, after rejecting CDA's previous offer of 30 Euros per share which was deemed inadequate. The board says the new offer allows Grévin to strengthen and speed up its development to become the European operator of family entertainment sites.
